    I sprout sunflowers, broccoli, peas and radishes for fresh veggies every day (I use them in soup, salad, and even on a veggie pizza.) I also sprout lentils and soup beans (which are great in soup and stir fry – plus less “digestive effect” once the sprouting process uses up some carbs. Amazing flavor. Would swoon to win more seeds.
